It took me 8 years to truly hit my financial goals behind the chair, and I did it without burnout, working more hours, or sacrificing my time with my kids. That’s not to say it was without struggle. I have moved through miscarriages, death of friends and family, mental health struggles, my husband receiving a transplant and having to rebuild a clientele 3 times.

I felt like I was doing everything I was seeing on social media to have a “successful” business, but my bank account was never where I wanted it to be. It wasn’t until I chose to dive deep and understand the back end of my business that things really took off! Now, I want to share with other stylists that success may look different to everybody, but every single one of us is incredibly worthy of it!

Taking life head on

Hair has always been a passion. I vividly remember learning to braid on a Barbie for the first time when I was 3 years old and running to show my mom. I was raised to go the more “traditional” route after graduating high school, but was enrolled in cosmetology school before graduating college from the University of Idaho. It has always been in the plan as far as I’m concerned!

The past 8 years of doing hair has been incredible. I know I was put in this role to meet incredible people, lift them up, and create some amazing hair to show whoever sits in my seat that they are more beautiful than the hair I just created. As I have progressed in my career, I have navigated SO MUCH in my personal life, it has driven me to accomplish so much. I have created a 6-figure income behind the chair working only 3 days a week with an incredible clientele of absolute DREAMY clients!

I am such a firm believer that everything you go through in life is to help someone else do it with support. And that is exactly what I want help support stylists by educating them on how to build a foundational business so they can live a holistic and abundantly wealthy life like we were all created to do!
